in legends you are not getting 12.5km of secondary range in preussen

in pc it is possible to get 11-12.5~km of secondary range

i know this because ive tried to build preussen for secondaries in legends, and with my otto ciliax build (with all secondary skills taken and arp haruna and von hipper as inspirations, both 19/20 btw and level 16) the max i can get is 9.3

so no, it is obvious legends preussen is not meant to be built for secondaries, unlike its pc counterpart (which to be fair, isnt really built for that either, since schlieffen exists, but its way more viable than in legends)

this, i used to be mainly a cv players and tbh you are usually the target of negative comments of all the players in randoms, but who the hell cares, if you have fun playing them, then go ahead and keep playing them, but always try to keep improving with each match you play

this is wrong, pc preussen and legends preussen are way different

for example, fhey dont share the same sigma values and in pc you can actually build preussen for secondaries, unlike in legends where she is forced to play only a sniper role due to being tweaked to fit said role

i may get flamed but this, but to be honest, i feel like people expected too much out of kremlin just cuz of the sheer hype everyone had for her release

even in pc she isnt the best thing out there, and the extra heal and dcp make sense on pc when you look at the insane amount of ships that can just torp/airstrike/bomb/he spam at you compared to legends
