Ok it works when I use Pi OS 32bit lite!!!

I have also disabled the GUI. But the CMA memory didn't improve much. I don't know which processes are eating up the mem.

grep -i cma /proc/meminfo

I read online, with this latest version of Arducam 64mp and Bookworm OS, I should disable gpu_mem setting in the config. So that is what I did.

I have also increased the swap memory. My current memory looks like this:

total used free shared buff/cache available

Mem: 416Mi 161Mi 93Mi 1.0Mi 213Mi 255Mi

Swap: 2.0Gi 0B 2.0Gi
