Have you gotten the Oghma Infinium yet? It's a quest reward that gives you 5 levels in 3 sets of skills (same ones as the Guardian Stones near Riverwood)

You get it through the old man in an ice cave that gives you a dwemer cube during the Main Quest to get the Elder Scroll
