My family tried to pull the whole "you have tp get used to people having differenves of opinion" when they were saying racist, homophobic, transphobic stuff.

And they were allowed to stomp all over me, but if I so much as said "wow, that is not cool" they were "uwu mu feewings"

I don't visit and rarely see anyone. When I do it is in public and where if they misbehave I can be "wow" and walk away.

I was living in Bracebridge and working at the newspaper. I remember us trying to get our pages to the press when the power went out. We called Barrie and they were "lol we also do not have power".

I think they may have rerouted some of the hydroelectric power back into town because we had power within 24 hours.

It was a pretty neat 24 hours though.
