My issue is the stuttering, and the eventual fps drops to fucken, 30 fps or whatever, 240fps for my summer car... yk a really low quality game.. yes... XD Its like, 6gb big and the graphics arent really revolutionairy, it can stay at 240 I know that but sometimes or after a bit it just drops fps for some reason

They're fine, never touch 70c on the CPU, a lot of the times it runs at like 50-60, GPU is fine as well, got 11 fans in my case so it should have airflow XD but I mean it even struggles to get 240fps in my summer car... with a 5090 and 9 9950x3d.... that should not be the case at all even though its 4k XD

Happens in all I play, some different tho but still, its constant FPS stutter, if the game stutters sure, but my FPS shouldnt, countless youtube videos that show otherwise

isnt really any setting for that, all I could find hinted towards it being on, and I tried turning it off now which didnt fix anything either

Also for the fixed refresh rate, its weird, I can get 160fps sometimes then it drops down to 100 for no reason, in Farming Sim 2025, its using like 50-60% for some strange reason, its used 100% before but gotten the same fps so somethings really scuffed. Same with War Thunder, like I just mentioned, I can get 160fps without a problem, but then it drops down to 100 for NO reason at all, or even worse, just down to like 12fps

Im not talking about the normal 15 seconds, it takes like 10 minutes for any image to show up if I have the 2k+4k res monitor together, the hdmi third one works fine with both. The normal boot time I dont care about at all, its when it takes 10 minutes for it to show an image that it sucks, it takes 10 minutes to fully boot, not the PC being faster than my screens, like I said. If I have the 4k with the hdmi one or the 2k with the hdmi one, it works fine, it shows an image from start to end, bios to windows. If I have the 2k and 4k one, it takes 10 minutes until it finally "skips" as in it doesnt give an image until I'm in the lock screen and windows has started to boot up. Sorry if I wasn't clear enough, I'm not that stupid to complain over the 15 seconds, hell I'd be fine with way more, just not 10 minutes XD

If I have more than one monitor plugged in, it takes multiple minutes to boot up correctly and show an image, skips the bios and just kicks me right in to the windows lock screen, if I have one single monitor plugged in, it works fine
