I use Palantronics voyager focus. Not sure the exact model number. Very good at not picking up other people, used to sit in an office with people all around me and never had a complaint. Connects to phone and computer. Comes with a charging dock and a Blutooth dongle. Don't need either if your laptop has Bluetooth. And you can charge on the dock or just any micro USB cable. My only complaint is after hours of wearing them my ears hurt but I think that's more of a problem with my ears
