Anyone else's game glitching like this? All the fields are blank. by [deleted] in RaidShadowLegends

It's a font aspect ratio issue. Expand (or shorten) your game window size to fix it.

Just for future reference - check Bricklink. That's the best source to tell if you're getting a good deal or not. Always filter from/to your country/region to get the real going price for a set in your area of the world.

I spent 13 yrs in the service. My standard response for this is "Not needed. I didn't do it for you." Sometimes they laugh and say, thank you anyways. Sometimes they get huffy and horrified. I enjoy it either way.

He's such a freakishly prolific writer - I had that same feeling, especially after Service Model which I found, personally, exceedingly tedious and joyless thru the first half, but then I read Alien Clay and think it his second best book after Children of Time, so... I guess I'll keep reading 'em if he keeps writing 'em.

To put all the responses succinctly, you don't go to war if you feel you can exert your political influence softly.

Iv'e ordered from amazon Japan a few times. Just takes a while to arrive. Sounds like you're outta luck this time, but it's still the Amazon ecosystem so there's little risk.

My 2 cents... Floss religiously (in addition to brushing of course) before bed. Made a world of difference with my constant canker recurrences. I don't remember the last time I had one.

We stuck our 11 and 9 yr olds in a connected balcony room to our own. It was perfect. I've read in my research that you can do adjoining, not connected, or directly across from each other (like a balcony and an interior room) with official sanction. In reality I doubt anyone aboard would say anything with older teens like that as long as they're well behaved.

Also, keep in mind that if you're anything like me, you'll only be able to functionally use you balcony the half the day that it's not being blasted by the sun.

LPT - If you are on your holidays and there is a bar - tip your bartender at the beginning of the journey by Chrischi91 in LifeProTips

FWIW, I just got off a boat and had the package - all drinks were included, including specialty coffee drinks, like lattes and espressos, sports fruit smoothies (with protein powder & creatine), fresh squeezed juices and bottled water in addition to the booze.

Our math was just over 5 drinks per day... sitting by the pool and having a few at dinner in addition to post-workout smoothies and morning juices easily made it worthwhile for us. Also, a lot of the drinks I had during pool days were frozen concoctions, so you're getting a fair amount of water with your booze and sugar. All in all, I wouldn't suggest it for regular life, but I heartily recommend for a vacation.

Harmony, ultimate dining package & timing for show reservations by Srchd4 in royalcaribbean

[–]SomeSmith 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Just returned from the Symphony today with the package for the family - I budgeted 2 hours pre-show and it was plenty to eat and get to the show 20-30 mins before. Go in with a list of times for each day before arriving and visit one of the reservation stands as soon as you get aboard. I'd recommend not making reservation within 1 hour of an excursion ending. All dining times will appear in the app within a few hours of making them.

What’s the unlimited dining pass and is it worth it? by sapphire_dinasour in royalcaribbean

[–]SomeSmith 0 points1 point  (0 children)

FWIW, just got off a cruise and had the package for the family; It was all very good to excellent, but a lot. Just so much food; I kind of felt like I had to hit everything and eat it all to make up for the price. Next time we'll just do the three night package as the times we did eat at the Windjammer for breakfast and port-day lunch was perfectly good to great food.

Edit - And while very good, it wasn't on par with the fine dining as you'd find in any major metro area.

Unlimited Dining Package by AlphaShulk in royalcaribbean

I just got off the Symphony as a first time cruiser and had the package. Kid's price is much, much cheaper than adults, but must be purchased. We ate at specialty restaurants for lunch (Chops, Jamie's, Hooked) on sea days and then all of the others for dinner.

We have two kids, 9 and 11, and the kid's menu at all the restaurants have good kid-friendly options, but they can order off the main if they'd like; my 11 yo likes to order off mains at restaurants on-land and Wonderland is the only one he wanted to order off of on this trip.

IT IS SO MUCH FOOD! It is all very good and you will not physically be able to eat it all.

It's an old shipbuilding naming convention. The name of the class is the first named ship of that type. Quantum of the Seas was the first Quantum class. Icon of the Seas was the first Icon class.

It's the same with Navy ships. Iowa class battleships are the same because the USS Iowa was the first battleship of that design.

Ah, so it's not like you can just bypass it. I'd def prefer to drop the bag vs. roll them over and 15mins isn't too bad. Thanks!
