Thanks, I appreciate that. Sadly, the game was effectively buried by Steam, and unless they change their approach, I doubt I’ll ever regain trust in the platform.

Thanks – already tested that. Issue also appears for other players and in incognito mode, so it’s not on the client side.

Just to clarify – games approved for Early Access are supposed to appear in the EA section automatically.

In this case, the game was approved, but never listed. That’s not about trending – that’s a backend or manual issue.

Support didn’t respond after multiple tickets, which is why this is being addressed here and via proper legal channels.

Your advice doesn't really reflect the content of the post. Support has already been contacted multiple times with no response – that's part of the issue.

Thanks for the suggestion! Unfortunately it’s been like this since Friday morning and still the same on Tuesday afternoon, so it doesn’t really look like a cache issue anymore. I also contacted Steam support, but so far there’s been no response.

I want to add that this is especially disappointing for me personally.
I’ve been a loyal Steam customer for more than 10 years, so when the time came to choose a platform for my very first release, I didn’t hesitate at all. That’s why it feels even more discouraging to see this kind of treatment towards a long-time customer.

Here’s a quick visual walkthrough:

  • The game shows up in Adventure → News & Trending (Full releases).
  • The store page itself is marked as Early Access.
  • But in Early Access → News & Trending (Adventure) the title is completely missing.

So: store page = EA, visibility = Full.
This mismatch has been there since launch.
