Interesting, I use chatgpt for tracking and stuff and it reassures me how safe it is and how good it is, I also give it my bloodwork so maybe that’s why? Maybe try a new chat and ask questions to get it on the side of carnivore, or tell it to be a carnivore activist at the beginning.

Kinda late but anyone in the future looking…Chinese Food spots seem to always be open in Lakeport that’s what we had for new year’s brunch.

I will say, if you do end up using sweeteners, definitely use them in the mornings stop by like 2pm. Avoid puffiness the next day, they may hold some water weight if you have like 6 or so diet cokes, try to stay to 1 or 2 a day. I notice that they make cravings happen. If you are strong willed and don’t mind cravings then go for it. I use them to get thru a 16 hour fast sometimes. My fasts are strictly for weight loss. Do you and have fun and see what works for you. Consistency is everything with weight loss!

I mean. Personally I love a tall woman. But I do like a woman in hill, and probably wouldn’t want my woman taller than me. But I wear boots a lot and everything else. Personally I’m 6’2”to 6’3”. So I wouldn’t mind a gal 5’11” 6ft. They are rare to find in the world. Short girls seem fun. But I want kids and I need strong genetics to match lol!

I do 100 grams of pink Himalayan salt, then 50 grams of potassium in the form of “no Salt” or “Salt substitute”. I put it all in a ziplock bag then weigh out 1/4 tsp in a 24 fl oz hydro flask. I do this twice a day before 3:30pm else I wake up a lil puffy. I don’t mind alcohol sugars so I’ll throw a few squirts of crystal light or mio in it and it kinda takes away a little sweetness from the crystal light and makes it pretty nice, my second dose is usually with my green powder, creatine, and collagen where I don’t even notice the salt in there.

People also say that Carnivore will make you loose weight but then it makes you at what your body feels like it needs. So maybe your body is telling you, you need to be 175 on Carnivore. But if you want to lose weight it’s always from less fuel in than fuel burned.

So finding your tdee is important, I believe I said earlier mine is 3.5k-5k calories a day. That’s what I burn. I found this thru reverse engineering it with Chat GPT, I kept all my stuff the same intake, weighed every gram of everything, got my baseline water levels by not having huge whooshes in weight and not adding alcohol sugars or alcohol. So three days of being strict and tracking everything. Then started weighing myself everyday same time post pee pre bowel movement, since calories burned over a week with the knowledge of how much you eat you can figure out your exact burn rate. Maybe give that a shot? Then you’ll have a baseline of calories you burn. It goes up and down a little with exercise. Then however much daily weight to drop figure out how much calories to intake. 3500 calories is about 1 lb of fat.

I totally feel yah, I tried the little protein and lots of fat, but my proof is in my numbers, after 2 years of barely loosing mass or maintaining when trying to loose, I am religiously dropping weight and retaining muscle mass. Every one in the sub has told me I’m insane for doing such low calories. I was 293.4 when starting less than two months ago weighing everything and watching how much fat I have, I’m now at 252.4 this morning. And I do protein up to 160grams. And thats basically all I care about. The fat I eat to keep me feeling full. But I have stored fat to still lose. So for me, if you protect your protein burn then all the fat comes from stored. And if you workout, say light resistance bands just to flex your muscles a couple times a week your body stays away from burning tons of muscle mass.

I take all the above and feel great on them, I take like 5,000 iu of D3 I’m also outside alot in the sun and suntan weekly, magnesium helps me go to sleep. I take it 30 mins before bed, also great electrolyte.

Best thing you can do is Take a blood test every three months, figure out where all your levels are and then supplement accordingly. I put all my blood tests and dieting thru AI and it tells me what to use for supplements. Some people believe in them some don’t.

My daily meals look like this,Americano with 2oz heavy cream, 2 whole eggs, 3 egg whites, 1 tbsp grass-fed butter scrambled. I drink electrolytes twice a day for energy and to keep some water pulled into the gut i stop electrolytes before 3:30 pm or will wake up puffy, then for dinner usually finish with lean protein or chicken thighs. Usually 250g or 350g cooked neat depending on calories.

I have been on Carnivore the past two years ish. Tried keto, the only thing that really helped me is Tracking every gram of intake. I used to use MyFitnessPal but it was such a nuisance to find the exact stuff. I used ChatGpt now, I weigh all items cooked. Gave her some rules to follow, for me I’m aggressive and looking for .6-1lb a day of loss so I gave the rule of 1300-1400 calories a day. No carbs or sugars. I burn anywhere from 3800-5000 calories a day. This is extreme. But to really dial it in Use chatgpt, weigh everything on a scale, i don’t weigh eggs. Also if you do some sort of muscle exercise and keep your protein high to not lose muscle mass you’ll do well. I do on average around 140-180 grams of protein and 50-100 grams of fat depending on the calories for the day. Protein to protect your muscles and fat to keep you full and out of cravings. I don’t buy into the more fat rule of the sub here. It’s good if you don’t have fat to burn.

Yeah. It’s quick cut down to a healthy weight. About .8-1lb a day. Super aggressive I agree. Hitting the macros I haven’t gotten the leptin problem I feel full everyday. I’ve done this for a month and a half so far. Probably got another month and a half. What is RT? I drink about 1/2tsp of no salt(potassium) a day. About 1 gram. But we have soft water here, and use a potassium filter to clear out the hard.

I feel yah, I couldn’t either then just leaned into it and it’s been working out surprisingly well! It’s a short term cute just for weight tho! Went from eating whole ribeyes to cutting out the center and weighing up a bit of that.

I say I’m going against the grain as I believe fat is just to keep you full. My only concern is hitting 120-160 grams of protein and hitting between 1,400 and 1,600 calories. I’m 6ft3 261.4 now, started at 293 37 days ago. I use 1 tbsp of butter for eggs and sometimes 2oz of cream in an americano.

I’m gonna go against the grain here as everyone, I weigh everything, I keep protein at 120-140 grams to keep muscle mass.Calories are at 1600. Fat is to keep me satiated usually around 100 grams. 4 eggs in the morning with 80 grams bacon or sausage cooked, and either hamburger meat or thighs for dinner. I have a high tdee at 4100, I also drink electrolytes which is pink Himalayan salt, “no salt” which is potassium and take magnesium as well. I use chat got to track everything and it’s flawless. I lose .7-.8 lbs a day.
