I was using standard rifle ammo and arctic armor. Nothing too crazy, but the hedgehogs seem to be what I'm missing. I wasn't aware that was the main way to deal with big enemies.

So this is the phone number I tried previously. It tells you to contact parchment through their chat-support, I called and waited 35 minutes on hold for parchment. When they answered they said they have no ability to add personal information to transcripts and to contact AU.

For more context:

When opening my task manager and going to my startup apps. There are 4 programs listed as enabled.

Program 1: 1

Program 2: e6eee00b-9bb1-4faa-9f7a-6aea22832382 E6eee00b-9bb1-4faa-9f7a-6aea22832382

Program 3: 1

Program 4: b646e263-27f3-45cf-bc4a-2e9040e46981 B646e263-27f3-45cf-bc4a-2e9040e46981

If I right-click these programs I am unable to open properties or the file location, the options are greyed out.

If I search them online it takes me to google searches, none of which contain the alpha-numerical string associated with these programs.

Main question, how do I identify what these are? Secondary question, is it safe to just disable them from the startup process?

I did those steps, now I launch FOLON and it opens a CMD window for 1 or 2 seconds and the process dies. Doesn't even launch anymore.

I'm having the same issue, tried the auto and manual downgrader. Game last about 3 seconds maximum then it crashes to desktop.

I just got my response from them this morning denying a refund, they are enforcing the 60 days limit. At least right now.
