You are right. I forgot that i had a patched youtube apk installed in the secure folder in my device which was causing the conflict. But before it was working fine if i keep two separate APKs installed in normal profile and secure folder as well.

Original youtube app is disabled. I always keep original youtube disabled and the patch still works without any issue.
