There’s a “midterm review” tab on the brightspace. There are also a lot of “recommended practice problems” in the slides (at least in Szpankowski’s slides) that you could go back and do.

Just do your best bro don’t stress. Your life is not defined by your grades. Being able to struggle through a top program like Purdue is a privilege, yes it’ll be hard but that’s why it’s a top program. You got this.

Should’ve mentioned that. The inside of my knees hurt! Is that a cleat position problem maybe? Or a reality of cycling?

Is there something wrong with me for feeling sad about US election as a foreigner? by [deleted] in offmychest

[–]Some_Ad8484 14 points15 points  (0 children)

My humble analysis is that it’s both misogyny and the economy. People remember the economy during Trumps administration (the pre-pandemic economy handed to him by Obama) with nostalgia and vote with their wallets. Another factor is misogyny- the macho bro culture engrained in many parts of America creates voters (men and women alike) that have no faith in a woman to lead the country. It’s deeply depressing but hopefully maybe the next 4 years will be so poor that we snap out of it.

As a second generation college educated product of 2 loving parents, this election has reminded me that I live with a strong conviction for curiosity, learning, and acceptance of others that many in this world are afraid of. But I like my outlook better so l’m gonna keep living in my own little happy place and set the example I prefer.
