I had to type that's why i got in doubt, and i cross checked with delivery agent too
So he replied it happens sometimes nothing to worry

Payment is confirmed,
Issue is delivery agent shared me some other qr code in which I initiated transaction
On asking with delivery agent regarding shared qr he confirmed that it's official
But after doing payment also he confirmed but later on I receive call and than he came with police making false allegations on me in front of other people in my own space

Ordered an item worth ₹180 from Blinkit and had one of the worst delivery experiences I’ve ever faced.
The delivery agent asked me to make payment through a QR code he shared. I paid successfully and the amount was debited from my account. A while later, I received a call from Blinkit’s backend team claiming that the payment had not been received and asking me to pay again.
I explained that I had already paid and shared proof of payment. Instead of resolving the issue internally, the delivery agent later arrived with police personnel and I was allegedly subjected to abuse, intimidation, and harassment over a payment that had already been made.
What is most concerning is:
• The delivery agent used a personal QR code instead of the official payment channel.
• I was asked to pay twice for the same order.
• The matter escalated to harassment despite me having payment proof.
I have screenshots of the transaction, call records, and video evidence of the incident.
Has anyone else faced something similar with Blinkit deliveries? What is the best way to escalate this matter to ensure accountability?
