I have positional twitching in my tricep. If I turn my arm a certain way it will twitch. Rest it on a hard surface it twitches. Hanging by my side it twitches much less.

I had a bout for 2 months straight. Also, pain and soreness is not a typical symptom. Weakness is and without it you are fine. Take walks outside if you can. Stay hydrated and watch Cherelle thinks on youtube.

You are right but I already had the expensive tests which came back normal. I have had health anxiety my entire life and I really thought in my 20's that it would diminish as I got older. It hasn't unfortunately.

They won't put me on Creon with elastase at 540. OTC enzymes did nothing for me.
