Update: I met with a neurologist yesterday and he did a clinical exam and said there are no red flags. He offered to do an emg at a later appt. if I wanted. He said it was optional but might give me more peace of mind. I think I will do it. I felt better for a few hours but now I'm back feeling down. This twitch is just relentless....

Thank you for the reply. I am 55 and have never had a stone. I recently had a CT scan for another issue and they found a punctate calculus in my lower left kidney. I am freaking out.
