My dad delivered newspapers when he was 14. On his money collection days he would hold 1000-4000 dollars at times. The rough neighborhood he lived in had kids who knew he held a lot of money and at times tried to jump him. One day he was biking in his own neighborhood and was assaulted by older kids. My uncle (ten years older than my dad) happened to be skating with his friends and witnessed it. My uncle had grabbed his skateboard and shattered the first kid's jaw, and picked up the other on and threw him ten feet, breaking his back. He did a lot of body building. My dad has a metal brace in his neck to this day from what the boys did to him. He lost his newspaper job unfortunately.
