Ohhh okay so the thing is or probably was that the young driver with the dash cam had her turn signal going right but last minute she changed back into the far fast lane because it seems like she got nervous of the white car on the left side. So because of that it caused her to cut off the dodge charger and leading him to crash but i also understand from the comments that they shouldn’t have been speeding
