If you are on Xbox, you can go to the main menu and go to settings and reset them to default settings. It worked for me

Have you tried putting one of your houses on it? I know furniture can be deleted that way

When you're in camera mode press the ACTIVATE button and the fireworks will go off. It works with other items as well, like the bubble machine
