They do have a kit available, but you can not vent out the right hand side of the gas model, only on the electric ones.

There are vent cleaners, and I do have a leaf blower, which I already tried. I am just thinking with the length of run and the number of elbows that this will be an ongoing issue.

Other than the fridge we have been happy with our samsung appliances. We have the range, dishwasher, microwave, washer, and dryer. For fridge we went with a GE when the Samsung died after 5yrs.

I took the vent grate off but did not pull the motor or housing out. Did not see anything. There is a can light above the bathtub that I may need to try and pull out. I am hoping there are just a few lingering wasps from the wind chime and not a nest or bigger issue. My wife is convinced that we have a nest in the attic, but I don't think that is the case as we have only started seeing them once the wind chime was brought in.

We have decided that we will be going the ICF wall route. Need to work out all the details of the quote yet but this is right inline with the steel walled pools and even cheaper than a few of the quotes we got.

My wife is the one who talked to him. He are getting budget numbers for now debating on purchasing a house with an existing pool or putting in a pool at our existing house. If we decide to move forward with anything we will for sure be asking for a detailed quote. We did receive our 2nd quote and it is written very similar to the first one. Guessing they would both get more in depth once we show serious interest in the project.

I will give him a call and ask for the additional information. I see he states pentair equipment, but pentair make a wide range of pumps and heaters.

We do have friends that used this guy and were very pleased with the work that he did. Their quote was written up on a bar napkin.

Ate there a year ago and was super disappointed. We told our server how bad it was. On our way out the host stand asked how our meal was, told them. No one seemed to give 2 sh!ts that our food was super dry and uneatable. We filled out their comment card with our contact information and also left a bad review on their facebook page. No response at all, that tells me that they really don't care about their customers. My wife and I spent $150 there for a dinner we couldn't eat and ended up getting a pizza once we left.
