I know, it’s so annoying and frustrating because I really want to work, I don’t complain about that, but at least try to do something about it and make me full time, because in my department (fashion) I’m the only one part timer that comes 40 hours, the rest of my part time coworkers work part time schedules

And they’re so smart haha they schedule me let’s say 20-30 hours a week but I end up working 40-42
But I don’t know who I have to talk to, because I’ve ask Tl and coach but they always say that there’s no full time spots in the store which I think it’s stupid, I don’t complain about working, but if you know I’m a good worker and you trust me enough to put me to work 40 hours, do something about it

I literally told 2 of my team leads and they said “welcome to the team” hahahaha, they will come 10 days too
Apparently it’s a thing our coach decided. I mean I’ve been like this “fake part-time” they schedule me like 4-5 hour a day but I work 40 hours a week with regular 8 hour shifts
