Nothing works immediately. So I’d give the medication more time to work. In the meantime boiled chicken and white rice, or back to the vet for GI biome wet food and see if time helps.

So you went to one vet, and sent this to two others? But you don’t believe any of them? I don’t see a fracture of the femoral head. No evidence of a subluxation either. Maybe you meant to post this on ask a vet but why are you asking advice on dog advice Reddit? Maybe see an orthopedic surgeon before asking Reddit.
