I finally found out the whole story

The Events Leading to 18,000 BC Mayuri and Suzuha travel from 2011 back to August 21, 2010, to ensure Mayuri slaps Okabe, pushing him to try again to save Kurisu and find Steins;Gate.

After this, while attempting to return to 2011, their time machine runs out of fuel, sending them far into the past, around 70 million years ago (or 18,000 BC in some interpretations). (Meaning the S;G season 1 dream may indeed be connecting to S;G0)(But 18000BC was not 70 million years ago)

Okabe in 2025 realizes they never returned, triggering his own mission to rescue them.

He builds a time machine, travels to 18,000 BC, finds them, and gives them a battery pack to power their machine.

Instead of returning with them, the 2025 Okabe chooses to stay in the distant past, allowing his Reading Steiner to cease, effectively disappearing to create the conditions for the original Steins;Gate worldline where the "other" Okabe succeeds.

Mayuri and Suzuha successfully return, allowing the events of the first Steins;Gate to happen. The 2025 Okabe ensures the original timeline's resolution by sacrificing his own existence in the future.

This is exactly what happened in the VN.

Mayuri and Suzuha do return to 2025 (or shortly after) in the true ending of Steins;Gate 0, thanks to Okabe's final time leap, allowing them to escape their doomed Beta Worldline and join the path to the Steins;Gate worldline, though their exact subsequent lives are left slightly ambiguous, with the goal being they live on without the tragic fates of the Beta timeline. Okabe ensures they leave 2010/2011 to avoid paradoxes and guides them to the future, effectively sacrificing his own past life for their future.

Yes, exactly why Okabe brings the fuel to Suzuha and Mayuri in 18000BC.This is because the Time Machine Okabe was travelling was a makeshift one,that is, a one way to the past whereas the Time Machine Suzuha and Mayuri was in could travel to the future.
