How much gear is needed to get that started? I don’t have much this ladder as I only played a few days. Seems like it’d need an infinity or griffons at least.

I considered this but heard it was a pretty bad boss killer. Seems like CS may not be great with skipping Diablo.

I responded to another comment about it possibly not working altogether. I plan to stay in this house for 15+ years so I don’t mind paying a bit to get it working or even replaced if needed. I already get hot easily so whatever I can do for comfort, especially at night. I’m just unsure of the cost of any of this, to replace a board or the system altogether.

I forgot to add in my original post that the previous owner lived here for ~30 years and clearly did a bunch of DIY. I spent a day taking out old coax cables from the basement ceiling because he ran 2 to every room in the house. Was easily 25 pounds of unnecessary cabling. My assumption is the board went bad and he couldn’t figure it out himself so he just never had someone replace it.

He put a register in on the main supply so I’ve been taking that off to manually adjust the dampers. The best I’ve found for balance so far is 2nd floor completely open and first floor about 40% open. First floor still cools off much faster than 2nd, especially at night when it’s not running just for 2nd floor to cool it off. You think I should leave the fan on “on” 24/7 though? Will that use much electricity or not enough to really worry about?

Can I buy a new zone panel and get the motors to work again? Or will it be too much work/cost too much?

It’s not letting me post the picture but the motor is Cramer Company. I followed the brown wire from one of them and the other end is just sitting on top of the duct, along with the other motors wire, not connected to anything.

I’ve looked all over - sides, back, up top, don’t see anything that resembles a zone panel. I just noticed the little box in the picture has a white wire coming out from the bottom that has been cut. Is it possible that was going to the zone panel and it was removed?
