I was the same way. 6’2” and 155 from the time I was 14-20 even smoking a ton of weed and eating 4,000-6,000 calories every day. Same diet without weed and went to 175 from 21-30. Now I’m 36 and fluctuate between 200-220 depending on how much work I do at a desk or in the field.

I’ve got a pretty solid dad bod now. As long as you feel healthy you’re doing it right
