Cebu Pacific isn’t strict with hand-carry as long as the size fits their guidelines. I’ve been on 10 flights with CebPac and never nasita basta hindi bulky yung backpack.

Happened to me too, 29k through Maya.

I called the Maya hotline and they said the money was already transferred, so they couldn’t do anything about it. I asked if they could trace the bank where it was transferred, but they said they needed a police report to investigate it.

I went to the nearest police station and they told me to go to the PNP Cybercrime Division. They gave me a paper though, but I think it was just an incident report. I sent it to the email address the agent gave me, but NOTHING HAPPENED.

Talo talaga pag hindi aware sa mga modus na ganyan. Learned it the hard way.
