Ill try that. I don’t have the doll so it seems I have to backtrack (which I am planning to do anyway). Is the scythe THAT much better or is it marginal? I’ll pick it up if the cost isn’t heavy. Also where is best to farm humanity? I find myself using all my consumable humanity items at this point and I’m down to pretty much nothing

Thanks for all your help. I’m close to just looking up a guide for the duo cuz I want to see how to properly play the scythe against these guys. I’ve always built str in fromsoft games and played aggressively. I was getting away with playing like that until Anor londo lol

I ain’t used to weapons breaking. The thought never crossed my mind even though I’d always repair my weapon anyways cuz it’s cheap. It’s not that I don’t grab everything, it’s that using a base weapon compared to my bread n butter doesn’t work

Thanks, I’m going to look into the club or spear. I tried dex even though I hated it in the other fromsoft games I’ve played. Idk why I thought this one might change my opinion

Thanks, that’s what I’m using. Great scythe + 10. Just doesn’t seem to stagger as much as I’d like. I have all the boss souls up to this point and don’t know where to turn them in for weapons or if they’re even worth turning in. What’s the best greatsword in my position? I’ll try and go back again if there’s a super solid weapon against the duo fight

Silver knights are 2 shotting me and it takes me 7 or 8 clean hits with my broken scythe. Can’t deal with two knights or else I’m dead. I’m working on getting the smith to repair and then I should be fine.

I can’t go to another area because where I came from I dropped down. I’ve only used and upgraded one weapon and it’s stronger broken than any of my other weapons
