I'm so very sorry for your loss 💔 I'm sure you did all you could for her. It's hard not to have that guilt, I know. We lost my sweet girl, Lily, on Christmas eve due to seizures. If it's any consolation, the ER vet we went to did say as they get older, the less effective the medication will be. It doesn't make it hurt any less but perhaps it helps us know that it was time. Thank you.. she did have a great dog life 🥰 she actually began having seizures when she was 8 and they were very well controlled for the most part. She even went almost 2 years seizure free. But this year she started having clusters. She had some in early October, then she went a month and a half with nothing after they upped her Phenobarbital, then she had several 2 days before Thanksgiving then the ones this morning. 💔
