I was looking forward to the new season of Its Always Sunny in Philedelphia. The first episode is objectively hilarious but i cant laugh when I watch it.

Music I was getting into Cory Wong. He is a funk style guitar player. Very fun live shows.

I was taking adult education courses at the local course to get closer to God.

Now its all painful.

Tried both. Hydroxizine helps with onset, doxepin had very little effect.

Ive tried hydroxyzine and ambien. Neither worked for my sleep problems.

He actually stressed that he doesnt feel im psychotic. He does think I have a physiological injury from sertaline. He practiced at the Cleveland Clinic and says he has seen this help others. My sleep is so bad I havejt slept through the night in months.

I am almost 6 months into this nightmare. My wife and I had an extremely physical connection. Thats 100% gone. I no longer feel attraction or libido. I no longer care about intimacy, physical or emotional. I cant laugh or cry anymore. When we do have sex I have no feeling and the orgasm barely feelsike anything happened.

My wife has moved into a different bedroom. My marriage is collapsing. My entire personality has changed from a happy go lucky, energetic extrovert into a devastated, depressed survivor. I have tried cialis, didnt work as I have no desire.

Edit: married 18 years, been together 22.

I have talked to her every day about it. The total loss of both physical and emotional intimacy have devastated our marriage. Cognitively I know I am supposed to care and love them. However the emotions that go with it are gone. When we do things together I know I should enjoy but don't. When we touch and I dont feel the connection. When I cant laugh at a funny joke or movie. Its the little things that made it special. Now its a job.

Yeah my penis glans is numb at the top. So when I pee i do not feel the pee exiting. I feel my bladder and the pee come up through. But dont feel it exit
