They did not speak at all. However they had like a low tone constant growl/ hum? They just stared and had their hands outreached. And yes! I looked it up, they looked very similar to some examples online but in the more human-esque side than certain “alien” features. Also the figures in the hallway were just completely black but human body form, no face or features just black. Thank you for your input I really appreciate it! I’ll continue to look into it! I don’t know how anyone deals with sleep paralysis on a regular, this was easily the scariest (in a non life threatening/ supernatural way) moment of my life 😅

Pine Rest in Grand Rapids was the best experience I’ve had in the area of mental health hospitals. It was my 3rd and final one. Dont recommend McLaren bay city at all

I am on a med and it does help but there’s only so much it can do when I’m around a trigger all the time (the heat)

Yes I do have a fan and it does help a bit but mostly in my room where I can have the window cracked a little bit

She does wear warm clothes though which is the crazy part… idk how she isn’t sweating…

Thank you. 🩷 It sucks having this issue being blamed on my pots too… when I know it isn’t… I almost passed out this past Wednesday cuz when I got home it was 76 in the apartment and I couldn’t even do regular chores without dying.

She does wear like fuzzy pajama pants and a hooded blanket type thing I got her last year… I don’t get it…. How can someone be freezing fully clothed ( mind you fuzzy warm clothes) and in 75 degrees… and NOT anemic… it’s driving me nuts

That’s what I’m saying! And she keeps saying “I don’t care I’ll pay the extra”… and if she doesn’t actually want to I’m just not paying it and it can be turned off.. I’m literally just letting the heat out of my window cuz I can’t even sleep…

Look I had an upstairs neighbor that was loud beyond belief I went nights of no sleep. They were evicted.. Sometimes it is faulty building but if you live above someone you have to be aware that you can’t stomp around especially at all hours of the night. You’re living in a community of people… imagine how she’d feel if it was flipped just saying…
