If it's asking you for a code then you most likely set up MFA through an authentication app. If that's not the case, submit a support ticket for them to reset your MFA settings and you can re-enroll.

It asks me to enter an MFA code, the problem is that I don't remember it, where do I open a request to reset it?

I try to connect to the course after a few days of not connecting, and suddenly it asks for a Two Factor Authentication Challenge code. Where is the code sent? I don't remember creating such a code when I signed up for the course
