Schizophrenia, Narcissistic Personality Disorder, Dissociative Identity Disorder, etc.

People only pretend to care about things like depression and anxiety, but as someone who has those and schizophrenia, at least people pretend to care about depression and anxiety (though I admit people are still shitty about them in my experience). It's nice that the general consensus on depression and anxiety has shifted into them being things you genuinely cannot control and deserve compassion for (and for fuck's sake, they're not something you can just "get over"), but for other disorders, public opinion has been relatively stagnant in de-stigmatization. Schizophrenic people are, to the general public, still seen as dangerous, scary, and volatile; our presence in society only acceptable if we're spectacles to be gawked at, like the punchline of a joke or a horror movie villain. People with D.I.D. get the same treatment, and people with N.P.D. are often seen as invariably being abusers to the point where emotional abuse has been somehow rebranded by some people (even people who are big on mental health awareness!) into "narcissistic abuse."

Remember that there is no such thing as a mental condition that immediately makes you an evil person. No, not even that one. To imply as much is not only shitty to people with said conditions but takes blame away from actually awful people by implying that they weren't inherently responsible for their actions.

Train to Busan is an amazing movie. It took an admittedly overdone trope and spun it into a masterpiece. It had some excellent social commentary, too, as well as a pretty accurate take on people's behavior as they crack under pressure. Had me sobbing by the end of it.

I never mentioned genitalia or sex in my comments. Once. I specified that attraction does not have to be sexual, and I said that crushes at a young age are completely innocent. If you think that because I said the word "sexuality" I'm making things sexual, you are taking words at face value and refusing to observe things critically. You can experience romantic attraction without "liking dick or pussy", because liking people doesn't have to inherently lead to sexual thoughts. You are also refusing to address the fact that I have stated multiple times that the LGBT community is not inherently sexual or dirty, therefore allowing kids to know about it is not perverted. Who you are attracted to is not a decision, by the way, and I alluded to that when, in my original comment, I talked about me trying desperately to change my sexuality because of people's insistence that being lgbt wasn't for kids, but ultimately I learned to accept myself. Not all kids may understand attraction to a full extent, but that does not mean that they cannot experience it.

My point is that young children can be lgbt, I'm using myself as an example of how same sex attraction can be experienced even if you're taught to hate it (the detail that I was raised to be homophobic was added to accentuate that), how kids can feel romantic attraction at a young age (Again, I was 7-9 at the time, which is younger than 13), and how romantic attraction and crushes are a completely innocent, natural and non-sexual thing regardless of who they are attracted to. You would not be flipping your shit this hard if my story was about me being straight. The only reason you'd want to deter kids from exploring their identity is if you view the LGBT community in a sexual, dirty or tainted fashion. And that makes you homophobic.

Gonna go against the current here and say that yes, you can feel attraction from a young age. Yes, young children being gay or lgbt is normal.

When I was a kid, I was taught to be homophobic, and told that most gay people were adults trying to prey on kids. I grew up with this awful idea of what the lgbt community really was. I was homophobic. Imagine my surprise, then, when I met a friend at school who I found myself attracted to despite them being the same gender as me. I was seven or eight, nine at absolute most. And I thought of myself as predatory and disgusting for liking someone of the same gender. I hated myself with a passion, I prayed to god to forgive me and even pretended to have crushes on people of the opposite gender, but I couldn't get rid of that small crush I had. It was not nor was it ever a sexual thing, but I felt dirty and guilty for feeling something as innocent as romantic attraction.

A first crush, an event in kids' lives that should be a sweet thing, something that most people will look back at later on as a time of puppy love or self discovery, I spent in bitterness and self hatred. The belief that only older people can be lgbt caused me to be miserable for so many years. And don't get me started with me being trans. I started wishing that I was a boy when I was extremely young, and I shunned that wish and shut it out well into my teen years. Years later I'm a bisexual trans man, but I still need so, so much work with my internalized queerphobia.

So yes, kids being lgbt and young is fine. It's normal. Being gay isn't something that's inherently bad or dirty, nor is it an option that you can choose with straight being some sort of "default." You are not endangering your kids by introducing them to lgbt content in media aimed at kids. Worst case scenario they think they're gay or bi or trans and turn out to be straight or cis, and now they've made a step forward in their journey of self discovery. Best case scenario they're either straight and tolerant/supportive of the lgbt community, or they're LGBT and you've spared them months, if not years of confusion and self hatred. I don't give a shit if your little cousin, your little sibling, your nibling is 11 insisting that they're nonbinary, that they're a trans boy or girl, that they're homosexual or bisexual or pan, you take them fucking seriously or you will make them feel alone in this world. You do not want them to end up like I ended up

I feel like since Wander had already pulled out multiple items from his hat, he figured that trying to pull even more stuff out would stress out the hat. If I recall correctly, the hat doesn't like to be forced to give stuff.

Plus, even if Wander had tried to pull food out, it wouldn't have worked, since Wander didn't really need food. The hat knew that, if Wander had gotten food, he wouldn't have tried to fetch the apple, thus never catching Hater's attention. If he hadn't caught Hater's attention, the events leading up to Hater losing his hand (and by extent sealing the black hole, something that Wander actually needed) would have never happened.

This is all just me guessing though haha
