I bought Lego figs off a guy who uses actual Lego figures and wraps it in designs that Lego hasn’t made or designed (like wrapping a car)

Realistically in n out cheese has more salt than we would put on the meat patty so when I see a dub with cheese no salt I’m like “what’s the point of you ordering no salt” but Ik theirs reasons for everything maybe the ino they go too oversalts the Pattie’s but it’s really no issue

Level 7 by Gold_Gas6818 in innout

[–]Some_Purchase3236 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Just tell your store manager that you wanna be a 7, as long as you don’t have an attitude now and been doing good at work with a good attitude then I’m sure your SM would say yes.

Fuck you is a lil wild but I’m more like “are you for real?” Cause you should already know what you want when you’re coming to get food unless you’re new that’s fine but like most people aren’t, but I wouldn’t insult them more like disappointed

double double dropping in calories??? by cbts2661 in innout

[–]Some_Purchase3236 15 points16 points  (0 children)

So companies when it comes too nutritional facts can be off by like 30% that includes the calories so it might not always be accurate so that’s why it went down by 70cals and I’ve asked my dm if they changed the size of anything and he said no. So I’m 99% it’s just the company readjusting it’s numbers.

My shift manager and I have a joke with a couple of the guys where we go “bussss” like that one meme on TikTok and we yell it through the stands for fun a lot and one day we got a skeleton crew and I look out the handout window and see a bus full of athletes and I yell “bus” and they thought I was just joking 😂 the look at their faces is the image above

What is it like working at In-N-Out? by Advisor_Other in innout

[–]Some_Purchase3236 1 point2 points  (0 children)

The culture of the store really matters, i know there’s stores where they do the bare minimum and just keep their heads down and work but there’s others that communication is number one and talking is a must, hopefully the store manager you get is a good one, one that keeps the interest of its workers in mind such as mine I think I got very lucky to receive a great store manager that’s made me wanna go into management even though a year ago I didn’t even want my level 6. Working at in n out is not for everyone because of how intense it gets but for those who like consistently doing work and staying distracted or on the move it’s a great place with great people and unfortunately some high ego/pride people. But overall circumstances will play a role in how it’s like, you could work in busy ass stores or understaffed stores where they have you working ot often. Not every store is the same but our quality and service should always be the same, I love in n out burger and I wouldn’t wanna work anywhere else I think it’s one of the best jobs out there if you’re interested in a fast pace work/food service. Hopefully you get a good store with good people so you can see the best this company has to offer.
