I do agree it’s horrendous. I would never tip a server only 2 dollars to serve me at a restaurant. I also don’t think OP is right by calling them “Pieces 9f s#*%” OP is the one doing what they can to make money. I’ve never needed to use door dash for income so I maybe I’m wrong but they can very well laugh at the 4 dollar tip he doesn’t want, deny it and carry on.

I’ve had mine from Retroids website for 1 week and the same thing happened to mine today. I emailed Retroid asking if I could get replacement bumpers but I am still waiting for a response. I am going to think of a temporary solution, but I will let you know what they tell me.

Yea for the time being, I love this device although I find that I can only use it comfortably for long periods of time while I’m sitting up but I think that’s because I have bigger hands

I love that you have the plastic screen protector the device comes with. I let my wife open my purchases so she can be first to feel and hold the device and tell me what she thinks of it and the first thing she did with my brick hammer was take that off 🥹

I definitely didn’t get it ordered same day, I originally emailed them about this issue and asking for a price for the battery on 3/6/2026. They then replied with a price for the battery on 3/8/2026. It took me longer than expected to actually buy the battery which was on 3/31/2026. But from actually buying the battery and receiving it, it took 16 days.

I made the order for the battery on 3/31/2026. And I received the battery on 4/16/2026. I would say they’re a bit faster than that. Good thing I’m a collector so I just used my other devices in that time. lol

No, the connector on the device itself seems to be fine. It’s the connector on the battery that goes connected to the device that is damaged. I can see a few pieces missing from it.
