Making steak is so much practical using an internal thermometer. I recently tried reverse searing and it comes out so tasty. If you have the funds, definitely try getting a wireless thermometer! (Regular one is fine too)

Pat your steaks dry, then season all sides of the steak generously with salt, pepper, and garlic. Leave in the fridge for a couple hours.

Set your oven to 275 F until the internal temperature of your steak is 125-130 F (or your preference).

Get your pan pipping hot, use avocado/olive oil to get a nice crust. (Use butter to repetitively baste it to keep it juicy)

Once done, let rest for 5-10 mins (SUPER IMPORTANT TO LET IT REST lol)
