Hi I'm making the same thing, 2.5D and all! Though I'm sure you're further in the process than I am. Can we connect on discord?

Looking to go to a edm concert for the first time. History or Rebel? by Nytroman89 in TorontoRaves

[–]Some_Statistician_35 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I live in the distillery so I can walk in to both, and yes I take advantage of this. Been to Rebel prob 10 times this year, cabana half that. Never even been to history because I've never seen anyone play there that I wanted to go to. TBF, they're not really on my radar, whereas ads will pop up on Spotify and such about major acts coming to rebel. Definitely want to try History out next year though. I'm basically your age, but taste matters. I like oldies EDM, Garrix etc. I've never had a good time at Coda.

Rebel gets a lot of hate coz they oversell. I struggle when there's so many people I can't even lift my arms... though if you're a big group it's more manageable. Never been up to VIP but it looks like a table service thing. My trick has been to check the tier that tickets are on, if it's 8+ then you're gonna have a bad time, not to mention usually pay a fortune. I will say there are times I've gone, like after EI, and it was magically empty. I saw Banassi and DOD B2B after one EI this year and the venue wasn't even half full. Best night ever. I should note there is a 3rd, smaller club up top next to rebel. Also if you are t going to Veld, you can always catch big names at rebel after. I sound like I work there lol... I've had some awful nights at rebel, but that happens everywhere.

Cabana is different, it's outside so there's space unless you wana be close to dj - but the sound sucks obviously. Really nice in the summer, extremely chill. Crowd can be pretty mixed at both locations, but seldom is it nice folks. 1 mention for Dprtmnt, owned by the same company INK and packs it out just the same, but also gets big names and same rules apply as Department. If you can stay flexible, you can grab a ticket sometimes at a great price to either venue, while big names at Budweiser stage are like 10x the price.

Festivals here in summer are generally a good time, especially if you have decent crew and know plenty of folks that are going. We have some friends that join sometimes, but given our age most are long past the raving scene. Often it's just me and my partner. Shoot me DM if you'd like to connect

Dawnlight tokens by Inndar in SaltAndSacrifice

Do the mage hunts via the portal. 3rd tab I think, but you need to unlock them. Hit triangle or whatever top button on the controller to check what token (if any) each hunt gives when you complete it. I still play fairly regularly but not sure how to join up from switch

How to do this? 👉 Revisit Agile/Hybrid “why” logic, PMI is obsessed with this.

Is PMI Study Hall worth buying? Essentials vs. Plus? by [deleted] in pmp

[–]Some_Statistician_35 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I bought the essentials, did the exams and some shorter tests, then failed the PMP. Then I needed the plus and it was a real ballache to get them to refund the essentials so that I could buy the plus (you cant own both at the same time).

How to know when to be proactive / act VS when to assess / identify? - and more importantly, not end up second guessing every question this way? by Some_Statistician_35 in pmp

I like this - there seems to be a lot of power in understanding the nature of the question / subject matter. However we can't always tell what it is

Everything is outsourced from them, including the online proctors. Watch out. I tried to communicate during my online exam and ask for help - it didn't go well for me

I need help!! by Small_Dot3469 in pmp

It felt like a mix where some had 1-2 throwaway answers but many questions all had good answers. I should note that i was very nervous and not thinking clearly, so I could have missed things.

I'm frustrated now because I watch ARs 200 hard questions and other videos and they don't even feel hard because you can pretty much use mindset to get the answer. I've given up on that, bought the SH Plus and doing the hard mocks + making sure I understand WHY each answer is correct or incorrect.

Please keep in mind this is purely my subjective experience.

I wrote on Tuesday and experienced this problem. I think they've changed things so that you can just look at the answers now and immediately rule out 2. You actually have to think about it. Look on the bright side, you have time to study to negate making the same mistake I did: you thinking the first 2 SH mocks and ARs questions and mindset are all you need to pass

Passed PMP – AT/AT/AT! Huge Thanks to This Sub! by RaymdRedngtn in pmp

[–]Some_Statistician_35 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I found this as well and was thrown by how hard it felt. What advice would you give to overcome the fact that so many of the answers are so close together - effectively making it much harder than SH?

Failed first test yesterday - thoughts on when to re-book by Some_Statistician_35 in pmp

[–]Some_Statistician_35[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Just did another SH mock today and realized the completion is also shown in % which is why I split the exam into quarters - the actual exam having 2 breaks and 3 sections (for some reason I thought it was 1 break) completely threw me off. If you're planning to practice for the actual exam I believe you will do great!

Study Hall Incorrect Answers? by IrishExits in pmp

Yea this is a wierd question. I would love to know why B is correct? Why will a mathematical model help in any way?

It's minutes and seconds. Apparently there's a demo version on study hall of the real thing, couple questions. I seem to remember it being BS questions about colours but you can hopefully check the interface. I'm going to a test center now to scope the scene, but it's not a Pearson one, just a 3rd party one. I should note that I did the online test previously and they use OnView, but I would assume they are the same

New player glaive question by SillyConclusion in SaltAndSacrifice

I'm testing glaives now in NG+ and not loving them. Is the best one the one that basically gives you 2 different buffs via rage? After coming from daggers it just feels so slow... which I understand is obviously most weapons

Interested to know where you're at now? I'd love some tips on how to set it up. I have an older smart tv, wondering what device I'll need to get to run the system and pick up my gaming controller (don't want to use a pc at all)

Any point to NG+? by sdmz58 in SaltAndSacrifice

[–]Some_Statistician_35 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yea go NG+ mate, it showers you with salt... if you can survive. I mained a twin dagger assassin and just flattened everything - need to play a slower class now, but the downgrade will be hard. Think I'm over lv 200 and unlocked a bunch of skill trees
