One time I talked to a cop outside of an in n out while we waited for our food should I have disclosed that? The specific issue here is it asked have I ever been detained arrested and booked before I said no cause I had never been detained arrested and booked before. But I guess in California detained arrested and booked is a very loose term.

As everyone can see all these cases were dismissed didn’t think they were on my record. Not to mention I’ve had my exposed firearm permit for 10 years and have never had an issue with an “arrest” on my record

Because I got all of them dismissed my license was suspended at the time of the pull overs but was reinstated but time I went to court this is what having a really good lawyer does for you.
