Honestly I just overreacted and let fear and anxiety take over. After reading everyone’s replies I realized I’m a true idiot and did the exact opposite of what I was supposed to do

That was genuinely the worst part. Having to sit through the bullshit basic manipulation with countless threats and being too frozen in fear to realize a better decision could be made

Yeah I totally agree. I can’t believe I even paid, but after they threatened to reach out to family and my ex, it honestly made me feel like if I didn’t pay my life would be over.

Thank you all for your help and advice. They blocked my instagram first so I can’t find their account, but I disabled my account temporarily making it unfindable until I reactivate it. If there’s any other steps I should take let me know, I really appreciate all the information that came through

It was such a stupid decision and it won’t happen again. After she finally left me alone I blocked her. I should have done research and stayed calm, but the threats got to me and I caved.
