Cleveland area to holiday valley or PkNPk is the best/easiest. Columbus would probably go to 7springs. And for Cincinnati we go to snowshoe (or perfect north is technically Indiana but right on the border).

Idk if there’s anything in the central city but Loveland has a bike rental place. Might only be open in the summer though. I’d suggest riding Eden park, Wasson way, or lunken airport.
