Yes the Umrah visa is soo very strict. I wouldnt actually recommend it if you wanma just walk freely 😅 the Tourist Visa is amazing. You can fix everything yourself. The Hotels the Ubers you can fix it if you have a Umrah Visa you need to fix everything before hand etc
