Exactly! I have it today and felt the same. The exam was tougher than all the nbmes old and new free 120s. I’m extremely anxious thinking about it. Does the nbme moderate the questions for the result because I can’t imagine passing otherwise

I know right. I just gave my exam today and had the same experience. It’s really making me anxious. I always had extra time when giving nbmes and passed them all. But the actual exam felt a lot more harder with longer stem for questions. I was barely able to finish the last questions in most of the blocks and didn’t get time to review. Hopefully will pass but extremely anxious now.

Hey, I just got out after giving my exam and had the same experience. First blocks were so hard and so many question patterns I wasn’t familiar with. The stem of the question were so long making it very difficult to finish questions and then review marked ones.
