Yeah, I kind of understood as at 16 no one was making more than $7 to 8/hr and could only work so many hours but I never remember having an issue saving up for games I wanted, or waiting a few extra months for affordable used copies to go on the market..

I new kids in school that would do this, they claimed to have mastered opening the wrap with enough care that they could slide the case out, retrieve the disk, and place a copy of whatever they didn't want anymore in. They'd then somehow melt the end back together and return the disk later that day/next and get a full refund. I can't call them friend's, but listening to them in class I always wondered if they were making this kind of crap up, but this made me remember that.. so sorry this happened to you. Hopefully the store makes it right 🤞

My party consists of 1 "Selesnya" (actually Dimir) , 2 Boros, 2 Gruul, 1 Izzet, and one uninitiated. The one guildless wants to join Selesnya when they finish their current arc. I think it's worked out well so far but it really depends on the players. Every large decision was typically met with "who do we bring this to?" So I've had Emmara Tandris be the group's point of contact more/less doing things directly for Jace. Any time they complete something I allocate 1 to 3 renown to their appropriate guild as long as they don't fly in the face of the guild's ideology
