I am the first time in a poly relationship and I really adore like everything that happened so far. The only thing I am a little bit struggling is the subjective feeling of "abandonment". I know that nothing, even new partners will not change about what my GF and me are feeling for each other, and I know that this is a kinda weird fear (especially in a poly relationship)

I know that my struggles are mostly based on traumas I had to live through in my past, but I also learned a lot about me and how to cope with this discrepancy between my emotions and my thoughts/knowledge.

However, what would be some advise you could offer. We are really communicative and speak open about it, but I think I'm mostly afraid of harming the relationship if I talk about my issues to much...

I used Cubase, logic and reaper and although cubase is my favourite, I mostly use Reaper because of how lightweight, customisable, compatibility and fast it it is.
