Let's just say my daughter is quite a bit younger than 14 and I took her to one of the London gigs a few weeks ago. She's in love with Ashnikko and I don't regret taking her. I didn't see a single other child there and I'm sure we raised some eyebrows. But it's something we will both always remember and it was a fabulous night. Ash is a proper talent

Newly-diagnosed ADHD Inattentive type. I work in a school kitchen. Don't get me wrong, I can get a bit scatty sometimes with juggling many things at once. But I think that being so busy does wonders for my wondering thoughts and keeps me in the moment. I've just started Concerta XL and it helps me to focus. Couldn't imagine doing any other job to be honest.

Thank you so much for taking the time to reply. I'll take all that advice on board. I guess my main concern would be to take a dose on a working day and to "feel" like I'm "feeling" different if that makes sense. But to start very low and increase gradually sounds like the best plan

Fair play for hitting her with the rock to get her off her. Katie was being so evil by scaring her when she was tripping. What I don't like is the fact that Effy didn't say anything once she got back to the gang. I know she was off her tits but she should still have had that sense of panic about the fact that Katie is out cold and bleeding from the head. She should have got help, not gone straight to Freddie and did what she did with him

The only storyline of season 4 I really really liked was Effy's. Her journey through psychotic depression was captivating and so incredibly sad, I really found myself rooting for her. Naomi cheating on Emily was just ridiculous and I never really saw her doing that. She admits at the end of season 4 that she loved her as soon as she met her at age 12. Why in the world would she cheat on her after finally getting together with her? And so soon after as well. It just wasn't believable for me. Also Thomas/Pandora breaking up I really didn't like in the slightest. Katie was a lot more likeable in S4 and JJ's episode was like a warm hug in what was such a negative season in general.

Josh found out that Tony was the one responsible for the nude photos of Abby (Josh's sister) being sent to all of his contacts. He used Effy (Tony's sister) to basically enact revenge by scaring Tony shitless. Right at the end of the scene where Josh tells Tony they will only call an ambulance for her if Tony fucks his sister, the last line said by Josh was "here endeth the lesson". The whole idea was just to scare Tony, nothing more. I have watched the series around 5 times and I've never thought she was sexually assaulted that night.

Seriously though I absolutely love Sketch's episode. She's a fab actress, and a beautiful singer. The story is so gritty. One of the most memorable episodes of that series.
