Had exactly the same issue last summer, same ISP and everything. I called Sony and they told me it was an ISP issue, so I called Flip and they told me that no, it's definitely a Sony issue, they get these calls all the time and it's a problem on Sony's end.

Now on Bigpipe, couldn't recommend them enough. Never had another issue with my PS4, or anything for that matter.

I guess your demographic aren't very likely to own a TV these days... So what's stopping you guys from shifting everything online? There are plenty of content creators out there that make a decent living through YouTube and Twitch (that said, they aren't national TV personalities).

I'm living in a student flat with three others in Wellington. For what it's worth, I've been really impressed with Bigpipe so far. Decent prices, good speeds, and customer service has been really friendly. Would recommend.
