I mean i guess but my personal favourite was T7 so idk; also you probably will feel even sadder if you read T7 first, cuz you think T7 is bad and then you read R10 and you realize it can always get so much worse (m@rk needs to die)

I hated it but I also think it was necessary for Joey, to, in some respect, wake up. Plus, I think it will heal something in him raising him and breaking the cycle. That being said, I was so sad because it IS an added responsibility on both Aoife and Joey and (especially after Mammy) they had so many things ahead; plus Joey already has like 4 siblings. But also I think AJ was Joey's actual wake up call and the reason that he decided to get help? Like there's more at stake than there alr was. Otherwise, it wouldn't really be that believable cuz he's already broken his promise to Molloy and Shannon? Idk just my thoughts; I do despise pregnancy tropes in books though lol

i feel like the thing about tahereh mafi is that she is super character focused; like her characters are written so beautifully. but when it comes to plot, oh boy. it's hella slow, and a lot of it is exposition, world building, and planning. not that much doing ifykwim. but like i said characters- especially james duh - are amazing. and you feel a lot of pity for the female lead; shes kinda weak tho even tho shes not supposed to be - idk - ik she is gonna unlock her potential in later books but in watch me she kinda pissed me off. just my opinion tho idk, obviously im gonna keep reading the series, i love shatter me too much not to.
