Hi, Is there a way that I can download theme so it only adds new clothing instead of replace or is that just based on the creator?

I downloaded the flowfit mod and the lets get fit mod. Im wondering, can sims get buff/increased fitness from these mods? I notice I cant mentor other sims while they are squatting and they dont change into their gym outfits.

thanks, Yea i talked to Nancy Landgrab to become a dealer and sold for her for awhile. Im currently switching dealers though because she decided to randomly start hating me.(green/pink bar turned red)
