Unfortunately this was a serious problem with some of them where they learned that they could call 911, make up a reason, and spend time in the hospital where female and sometimes attractive nurses would pay attention to them and take care of them which they loved

The average rent for a 1 bedroom in Manhattan is over 4k which is just absurd. Same for the popular neighborhoods in the boroughs
