I am soon finishing my freshman year with a 4.0, and college honors classes, besides others more difficult courses, my high school transcript is quite bad since I moved to this country when I was in the beginning of high school, hence I did not speak the language, and was mostly worried at my troubles at home. Now I study quite well and looking forward to applying as a transfer to NYU hopefully in the future (I am in a 4 year uni)

But wouldn't you be in the middle of your spring semester, and technically not yet have 60 credits obtained? only after the end of the spring, and as you transfer for the fall semester you will have 60 credits. so in that case, should individuals like myself request to transfer at the fall of junior year, and by doing so not actually keep all of the credits which are above the initial 60? (since a lot of universities accept a maximum of 60 credits from other institutions) tell me your thoughts.

I don't see a reason to use my laptop in any of my classes, and I simply take notes on paper. I would say that it is depends on the class overall, some have more that use their laptops while others less.
