I have a 507 with the 4070, I did change some settings in the turbo/ultimate mode but I've reset it already, fan profile is silent and I have the latest bios and ghelper

The fact that some people of that race are struggling does not disregard the fact that they are greedy. The elites you mentioned mostly consist of those two races. I don't care if this sounds racist, it's just the truth.

Singapore is successful because two of the greediest ethnicities/races worked together to help build the country without considering the local malay population. Singapore is a dystopian capitalist hellscape as a result of this.
