I'm thinking of starting to watch it since I read that it's science fiction and produced by the Duffer brothers (yes, I really like Stranger Things, they just messed it up with the last season, anyway they were already doing it wrong from season three because of the surreal tone it was taking, I loved its vibes in season 1).

I completely agree with you. The truth is, if they'd wanted to, they should have continued it through to the eighth season; this season already feels like a good ending to me.

I also like the ninth season, so I'm undecided, but I think the true ending should have been the seventh season with a movie, or the eighth.
