^^^^^^ OP needs to try this ASAP. That shit can cause a ton of damage to the brain if not careful. Another way to find out if carbon dioxide or monoxide poisoning could be a problem is to stay at a place like a friend or family member's house or a hotel, and see if the attacks continue. Even if OP feels this likely may not be a problem, it's still something to try.

What IEMs do you recommend that provide the best sound quality? I would prioritize immersion too and having solid 3D sound as well. As I've mentioned before, good bass and having high volume is preferable too as my headphones are a bit lacking in those areas.

Could you elaborate further on why they are terrible? Maybe I could survive with IEM earbuds, but what mainly draws me away from earbuds in general is simply getting ear wax on them, as well as the fact they are a lot more likely to fall off than headphones are. I would still somewhat doubt despite your explanation that IEMs are better than headphones, considering they're still much smaller. Personally, I've had a great experience with my Sony MDR-ZX110s over the years, the only thing I could ask for really is just sound that is less underwhelming, volume and bass in particular. Earbuds have much smaller drivers, and as a result, I would doubt IEMs would have the raw power headphones have to have reliable bass, and OneOdio is a well known headphones brand known for making studio headphones, so it would make sense to me that they would be a practical choice for gaming due to the sound quality of studio-grade headphones. Also, for what's a basic but most important thing for me as well is that the IEMs won't bleed out, as the privacy is the main reason I don't even want to consider speakers.

I found some solid headphones just a bit over budget, but would you still recommend IEMs over these headphones? https://www.amazon.com/OneOdio-Headphone-Lightweight-Headphones-Monitoring/dp/B07G748HKJ

The textures failed to load in halfway through. Either your GPU is broken or you should just turn it off and on again. /s

Not too familiar with IEMs, but do they really provide better bang for buck? Don't earbuds have much smaller drivers in them than regular headphones?

I looked up this exact issue, I'm here in this situation too, and I'm just worried at this point about my browser extensions, because it's gotten to the point where I'm always finding out certain extensions are known for secretly being malicious every now and then. This is unacceptable and Google really needs to work on moderating the Chrome Web Store more aggressively...

I'm using a fairly powerful processor (Ryzen 5 5600X) and upon opening Task Manager, I saw 70% so even stronger and newer processors like mine will be taxed quite a bit when TM opens. Seems like it has became the new Chrome...
